Get in touchThe base framework of this site uses Ruby on Rails 4.2 (Hoping to upgrade to 5 soon). The code utilizes a postgres database to handle the featured work, case studies and the mailer for the contact form. The styling using SASS while the markup is handled through HAML.
Uploading images is taken care of by carrierwave and the contact form is handled through SendGrid. Authentication utilizes OmniAuth. All of which is hosted on Heroku with Github.
This site was hand coded by me with the help of stack overflow and Dr. Pepper. It was alot of trial and error, and it took alot of time to build with my lack of rails knowledge, but coding this allowed me to learn rails and understand more how I can integrate my design and creativity into a developers ecosystem.
